Dresses and Appearance

• Students must wear a neat, tidy, and complete uniform at all times.
• Untidy or incomplete uniforms may lead to denial of school entry.
• Personal hygiene and cleanliness are mandatory.
• Hair must be neatly cut, combed, or tied properly. Fancy hairstyles and hair coloring are not allowed.
• Boys must keep their hair trimmed and neat.
• Fancy accessories like costly watches, chains, and earrings are not permitted.
• Nail polish, tattoos, henna designs, and spiked hair are prohibited.
• Shirts must be fully buttoned.

Disciplinary Guidelines

• Discipline is maintained through remarks, warnings, and correction card entries.
• Parents must sign all remarks immediately.
• Three similar remarks may result in a meeting with teachers/Principal.

Correction card entries are given for:

• Grave indiscipline
• Damage to school property
• Violence against students
• Abusive/obscene language
• Bullying (physical or verbal)

Punctuality and Attendance

• Latecomers (except due to transport delays) will be sent back home.
• A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion.
• 10+ days of unexplained absence may lead to removal from school rolls.
• Re-admission requires fresh admission fees.

Prohibited Items and Consequences

• Mobile phones & electronic devices are strictly banned. Violation leads to a â fine.
• Use of unfair means in exams results in immediate expulsion.

School Property

• Keep school clean.
• Dispose of litter in designated areas.
• Care for school property.
• No scratches, writings, or drawings on walls or furniture.
• Report accidental damage to the class teacher.
• Willful damage must be repaired by the student.

Behaviour

• Respect and obey teachers and authorities.
• No running, playing, or shouting during study hours.
• Avoid fights and abuse.
• Strict actions against instigators and participants.
