School Policies and Guidelines


  • Dresses and Appearance Students must wear their uniform with pride and ensure that they look neat, tidy, and presentable at all times. Students who are not in complete, neat, and tidy uniform can be debarred from entering the school. Personal cleanliness, hygiene, and neatness are expected at all times. Hair must be neatly cut, pinned, plaited, and combed. Nails must be kept clean and short. Boys must maintain their hair trimmed and neat. Fancy hairstyles and coloured hair are not allowed. Students are not permitted to wear costly or fancy watches, chains, earrings, etc. Students are not allowed to colour, spike, or get their hair, wear nail polish, tattoos, or any henna designs. Shirts must be fully buttoned
  • Disciplinary Guidelines Discipline is enforced in school through remarks, warnings, suggestions, and correction card entries. All remarks must be immediately signed by the parent. After three similar remarks from the school, parents are liable to be summoned by the teachers in charge/Principal for further actions. This may include a correction card entry. Correction card entries are made on the following grounds: Grave indiscipline, damage to school property, acts of violence against fellow students, using abusive or obscene language, and physically and verbally bullying others. It is imperative for all students to be punctual. Latecomers will be sent back home only. In case of the transport being late, students will be allowed to attend the classes. It is compulsory for all students to complete at least 75% attendance to be eligible for promotion to the next class. Repeated absence, without leave or unexplained absence for more than 10 consecutive days, renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission fees. Mobile phones or any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited within school premises. Defiance may result in a fine of ₹500.If a student is found to use any unfair means during tests and examinations his/her name will be struck off from the school.
  • School Property Care must be taken to keep the school clean at all times. Litter must be disposed of in the designated areas. Students must take care of the school property. No scratches, writings, or drawings may be made on school walls or furniture. Damage done by accident must be reported to the class teacher. Students who willfully damage school property must make good the damage done
  • Behaviour Students must respect and obey their teachers and school authorities at all times. Running, playing, and shouting in the classroom and corridors during study hours is forbidden. Students must not engage in fights, or physical and verbal abuse in school. Strict actions will be taken against all students instigating and participating in such acts.
